Linda Sakai, APRN, MSN, FNP joined the practice in 2002 after working with Queen's Medical Center in Acute Hemodialysis, Critical Care, and in the Medical/Surgical unit. Linda completed her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degree in Nursing at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is a Certified Nephrology Nurse with the American Nephrology Nurses Association (ANNA), as well as a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Besides dedicating herself to routinely caring for our dialysis patients, Linda works closely in an interdisciplinary team to evaluate algorithms, drug efficacy, and patient response. She is involved with several other projects across the Hawaiian Islands, most recently, working with managers in the home program to promote Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and improve communication on patients' status.
